Mindful Yoga for Emotional Resilience
This is an event series

Challenge and stressors are part of daily personal, family, and work life. Events in the world, current and anticipated, can lead to increased concern and anxiety. This 4-part Mindful Yoga series will provide tools to assist you to remain emotionally steady and physically strong now and in the future. A variety of activities will be offered, including yoga, pranayama, meditation, and sound healing. Class is offered in the evening to support relaxation and a quiet night’s sleep.

The series is offered as a package. Journaling supplies are included in the $50.00 package price.

Drop-ins may be available if there are slots available. The price for a drop in class is $20.00. Please contact the studio if you want more information about drop-in slots.
