Packages include specific types of classes or events. Special offerings are not always included in the package price. Packages are considered non-refundable, so please make sure you understand what your package can be used for before you purchase it.

Canceling a Class Registration: If you register for a class and find that you need to cancel, please let me know at least 12 hours prior to the start of class. If you give us 12 hours notice, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment. If you used a package to pay for the class, you will not recieve a refund. The class will be credited back to your package. If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice you will not receive a refund.

Refund Requests: Refunds for single classes are as noted under "Canceling a Class Registration." While our general policy is not to refund packages or partial packages, we understand that sometimes "stuff happens" and will try to work with you to help you out when we can.
