Frequently asked questions

You can cancel most classes up to an hour prior to the start of the class. (The exception to this would be something like a single class in a prepaid series.) To cancel a class 1. Sign into your account using the button at the top right hand corner of your screen. 2. Click on the "My Registrations" button. 3.You will be prompted to enter a range of dates. Set this so the class you want to cancel falls within those dates. 4. Locate the specific class you want to cancel and click on that class. 5. Scroll to the bottom of that class registration and click on"Cancel Registration." You will be offered the chance to get refund to your credit card, or if you paid using a 6 class pass, a refund to that pass.

You can easily view which classes you are registered for by signing into your account and clicking on "My Registrations." You will want to set the calendar to view the date or dates that you want to view. Once you have done that, your classes will show up! From here you can see if you are registered for a certain class or cancel a class which you are registered for.
