Serenity Sundays (6-week series)

This gentle 6-week series offers a mindful practice that helps to manage feelings such as disruption, anxiety, frustration, and sadness that can result from daily life stressors or from disturbing local, national, or world events. The techniques of yoga, including asana, pranayama, and meditation help in re-establishing mind, body, and spiritual balance. Each class is 1.5 hours long and ends with a period of restorative rest.

Discounted price for all 6 classes is available. 4 or more participant registrations required for the series to run. NOTE: Registration has closed for the series. A few single class registrations are available. Register for single classes under Serenity Sundays - Single Class
